The weekly Addison auctions are multiple consignors making up about 500 to 700 lots each week. We are usually pretty easy but we try to stay away from leftover garage sale items, newer kids toys, stained mattresses, broken or damaged items. We do accept coins, jewelry, art, collectibles, designer high end apparel, old quilts, rugs in good condition free of smells, antiques/vintage, furniture items, memorabilia, regular housewares of quality and so much more. If you bring items to us our commission is 25% and if you need your items picked up we can do that also however the commission is 35% to make up for labor charges of moving items with our 26 foot box truck. Lastly, we also do online only estate sales; these items are viewable online only with no preview, we do try to capture all facets of the items and often list measurements on higher ticket items. The items stay in the home, staged and the pickup address is released to only winning bidders via email. For those of you who usually missed all the good stuff because of working on Fridays can now buy things from the comfort of your home and go pick up the items you won on Saturdays or Sundays and not have to deal with the hassle of not knowing. if what you're driving 50 miles for is still going to be there when you arrive!!!!
